I want to be a game maker!! but how??

Woaaaaaaaaaaaaa.... Making a game?
Me and my friends are trying to making a game.
But i don't know how to do it.
I have download a free game builder,XNA from windows.
But I don't have experience with the language.
hmm.. guys can you help me to make my dream come true?

When i play a simple game,i think it's easy to make that simple game,but haha(laughing) it's very hard. Please teach me..

oh yeah XNA is game builder from microsoft.It can make PC windows game and Xbox 360.
